The recently announced "Lupin Part 5" now has an official teaser trailer!

The above teaser video aired in Japan this evening at around 9pm, ahead of television network NTV's rebroadcast of "The Castle of Cagliostro". The Hayao Miyazaki directed film has had quite the advertisement campaign on NTV's official twitter account, not only because it's a classic, but as it's also serving as a first look at the upcoming "Part 5" series.

The teaser shows a mysterious new female character, and some updates to the "Part 4" character designs. Lupin now wears a pink tie, Jigen a black tie, Goemon a pale green kimono and Fujiko sports light brown / red hair, giving her a stylish new look that is reminiscent of her original "green jacket" appearance!

The full "Lupin Part 5" is currently due to broadcast in Japan this April, with an exact date still to be confirmed. Stay tuned for more details!
